Is Ritual of the Souls an AOE attack? And are the DMG procs int based or str?

ritual of the soul is not AOE, it's a damage proc, about 300-500 damage

you tried lvl 30SE? and is ot int based or str based proc?. what was your int if/when you used?

Wearing str set or int set all my procs do the same with either set on. So I'm not sure how it's figured out.
