Game doesnt do anything after i put my account name and passowrd in at the screen to get into the game. Just sits there and does nothing. Can you help with this please?

When I try to download the clients again. it gives me an error saying "cannot save file because It cannot be read please contact server administrator" Any idea to fix this? I think if I got an updated client it would possibly work. Please help I don't know what to do at al.
