Support Ticket: "Reduction armor doesnt increase DR"

Good day,
According to a page over at Linlib.com it says that reduction armor should work by increasing your DR based on your level. When I use Reduction armor it never changes my DR when I check the -stats before and after. I have included the information from LinLib so you do not have to go searching for it.
Target: Caster.
Reduces the amount of incoming damage.
Absorption is increased as Knight's level increases:
Lv.50 ~ 54: Damage Reduction+1.
Lv.55 ~ 59: Damage Reduction+2.
Lv.60 ~ 64: Damage Reduction+3.
Lv.65 ~ 69: Damage Reduction+4.
Lv.70 ~ 74: Damage Reduction+5.
Lv.75 ~ 79: Damage Reduction+6.
Lv.80+: Damage Reduction+7.
