I do not get extra hp/mp gain after using an ultra elixir of cha just few minutes ago. Can you please help a look?

I used another ultra elixir of cha 2 minutes ago and my hp/mp has no gain again. My maximum hp=3332 and mp=5869.

My maximum hp and mp without -buff are 2797 and 5091 respectively. Just for your information, I am a tier 3 mage class.
