For a while now my Codex lite continually says my dailies are complete, even after the 1 am reset. The only ones that do not properly reset are the Wedding Invitation, Lucky Clover and v4 Popper.

As of 9/28/15, this appears to be fixed. Thanks Zaj!

Nevermind, I was on the wrong character. Ignore my first reply, as of 9/28/15 this is still broken.
