Support Ticket: "Turn Undead Spell"

Turn Undead successfully casts on 51f+ monsters, but doesn't work until the 4th try. I try restarting my client and different computers. Other undead monsters eg: 31f, mlc cave, small wasteland all TU successfully the 1st try and die.
