I am a returning player and my problem is that my computer goes into memory dump whenever I'm at the character selection screen. I thought perhaps the character is bugged so I made a new account but the same problem occurred.

Now it won't even let me into the update screen, it just says "reinstall lineage from lineagethebloodpledge.com"

My system is windows 7 and yes I did do the extra patch, did everything it said on the how to connect.
