Support Ticket: "Connecting to L1.5"

This is the only area I could find to maybe get some help. FAQ section would not open for me. I downloaded the L1.5 from the link on this website and it come as a zip folder but then I do not know what to do from there I have tried a few things but I cannot get anything to work.
