I did everything in the connection guide, but when I click any .exe file, it says, "unhandled exception has occured," and flashes off. It says .Net Framework at the top, but I have the latest file for that too. This computer cost me $1,600, so there shouldn't be any issues whatsoever with anything. It just simply won't even load.
