i lvl'd to 92 this morning. got up and my character is now 72? little help plz ty

sry had to hurry the first post, woke up and logged on before work. ne ways i was lvl 92 and 90% this morning when i got off at 06:00 am central time. and now my char is lvl 72 and 87.49%. Im thinking it may have something to do with the rename coin. if i remember right i think i ate the rename coin at lvl 72.

i can not make purchases off auction house either. even tho i have the money. it says i dont

5days now. Not even an acknowledgement ur looking into it. No reply to e-mail or ingame pm's. Very bad support u have going on. Won't answer the website chat box nothing. Zzzzzzzzzz
