Connecting to server is extremely slow for game and web site. It takes about 1-2 min to open or refresh pages on web site. I takes almost as much time to connect to game. When I connect to game I can't see nay other players or NPC's and all of my items for all characters are gone. I have tried connectin from two separate computers and two separate acounts and get the same. Please fix ASAP.
